I purchased a money order from PLS for the amount of $1475 in July for rent. So when I went to pay…read morerent for this month of August they said I owed $475 from last month I showed them my receipt for the money order that I purchased. On Monday I went to the PLS store where I purchased the money order to do my own investigation.I spoke with the manager at the location to see if it was cashed and the amount of the money order the manager said he could and that it would be a fee of $10, when he gave me a copy on the copy it said $1000 I told him that the money order was for $1475 he said he see that and that something was not correct about that. I then asked for corperate # I called corperate and spoke with someone they said they would send an email to another department that could handle the sitution. So today (Thursday) 08/13/26 someone from corperate called me back to speak about my concerns. she stated that she would look into it to see when I could recieve my $475 from PLS, I asked her how long would it take because I have an eviction notice she said whenever she get to it, at the end of the call I did let her know that the call was being recorded because not only do I need reciepts but audio is also good to have since I decided to get an attorney. She said she wish not to be recorded and that she was going to end the call. I told her to please work on it because if I get a lawyer PLS would defiently have a lawsuit thats going to cost them more money. She said okay and didn't seemed worried about it at all. People please be careful when visiting PLS to purchase a money order. I see scamming written all over this sitution.

Better employees with less attitude! It's a slap in the face because you want to take your business elsewhere but need the services because it is the closest thing to your house. Please hire new happy and willing employees.

I went to this location to purchase a prepaid Visa card, and they were very busy. While waiting in…read moreline, I observed how clean the location was. The floors and surfaces and glass were all immaculate, and the place was very well lit. The cashier was very courteous, and did a great job of explaining all of the rules related to buying a prepaid card. Who knew that I would have to provide an I'D and social security number? Apparently, those cards are used for nefarious activities - but I digress... The service was excellent, and I felt confident that I knew how everything worked. Also, that location is open 24 hours, which was another surprise to me. All in all, it was a good experience, and I recommend this location.
