I don't know what the hell is going on at that office but it's clearly not doing Taxes.. Not to mention the 3 years they did do my taxes he never once gave me a single bit of information to better my tax planning or strategy - he's clearly a CPA that works for the IRS and not you. She could not accept that she made a mistake, and blamed the finance company. I told her I could not meet her on a Saturday due to having a wedding to attend, and she texted me during the wedding to see if I could meet her to get the document. I could go on. In conclusion, zero stars. I would not recommend.
