This turned out to be patently false. The loan was not pre-approved at all, but rather "pre-qualified." What's more is that we then got three more referrals to other lenders. This means that 36monthloans.com is not a loan company at all, but rather a lead referral site which generates its revenue from "leads" sent to loan companies. The fake pre-approval information is just an enticement to get us to actually do the application and thus generate a payment for 9Global.com, the owner of 36MonthLoans.com. Hope this notice warns other people away from this scam.

Came on a weekday around noon and there's 6 people waiting in front of me and one teller. If you want to wait 45 mins+ for a transaction for your own bank account then come to this branch. I figured people have complain so they put chairs for people to sit while waiting in line. I was on the chair for 15 mins and gave up as that one teller was still helping that first customer in line. I complain about the ridiculous line to the branch manager Arlene. She says she knows it's a long wait. I've worked in this industry before. I know what the system looks like. Mistakes happen, sure, but the attitude is equally important. Han should have came clean immediately on the phone, apologized, and asked if I was available any time this week to come in instead of trying to pressure me to come in immediately regardless of my schedule or obligations.
