I have had bill delayed up to 8 days cause multiple late payments and overdrafts fees. Then the bill manager instead of taking responsibility will direct you to the contract. The reports and the overall capacity of the program and the bill payment was impressive but now impossible to manage... it's easier to get into a coconut then it is the Paytrust data. This program is stuck in the 1990's. Even the 2 Step Authorization is clunky. They require a outbound call and it's a slow process. When you say "hello" there is a slow talking, long introduction ("Hello.......this is Payturst..... calling for your code number shown on your screen..... hit 1 to proceed........more instructions then enter/speak the code on the screen. But you have to wait until the message ends before you can input the code. No way to short cut it by just saying the code. A small thing but.... Death by a thousand slashes! It's a real shame.... There aren't many programs like this that I know of. I had to finally dump it today. Even the cancellation process annoyed me.... I sent a letter and they responded with a letter saying I had to call to cancel. Then I got the operator whose second job is selling timeshares... and he would stop trying to keep me in. I went to the branch bank to correct it, multiple times, but WF corporate changed it back repeatedly to the wrong address. This has now gone on for months, all the way through complaints up to a Better Business Bureau investigation. They have taken ZERO responsibility for it, and today stated that they could "...send mail to whatever address they wanted, per their policy". They have ZERO concern for the customer and have made ZERO effort to make sure my banking information is safe. I never chose this awful bank, they bought out a local bank where I had accounts, but the only choice I have now is to get out before my information is stolen. This is the worst customer service, of any business, EVER.

They wouldn't accept it, didn't trust me or my insurance company who issued the check. They were autocratic, arrogant and uncooperative. Not a good place to bank. They don't even deserve 1 star.

When you sit down to open an account with a bank they tell you a good story, but where do you go to get the other side? They offer free checking, but read the fine print. It's only free if you maintain an average daily balance of $300 or more on your account, otherwise, you're going to get dinged to death every month with fees. They seem to have many other fees and fines that they apply liberally, as well, and refuse to negotiate with their customers on these. They limit where you can use your accounts. I tried to make online charges to a web site called steam. For those not in the know, it's a very popular game site. The charges were declined twice. That's when I found out they'd classified this very popular site a risk and refused to allow any charges to be placed there. I called and asked how I could resolve this and a VERY rude phone rep. told me I could come in and fork over even more money to this "financial institution" by buying a VISA gift card. On a Friday afternoon, before leaving town I'd considered making a purchase on my ipad at the online apple store. THANK GOD I'd waited until Monday to try it. Within 3 minutes of trying to make this charge, it was declined twice, I got a call from a security phone rep. He asked a few questions to verify then hung up. Later that night I tried to make a $10 charge for snacks at the Hy Vee this branch is located in and was declined. The security rep. didn't bother to clear the stop on the account and didn't bother to tell me about it. When I tried to call in and clear the account, I found that the only way to do this was to call in during their office hours 8am to 6pm weekdays. Had I tried to make the charge on Friday, my account would've been shutdown for the whole weekend with no way for me to clear it until Monday. I'd have been stranded out of town with no access to any of my own cash. I've gotten the WORST customer service here. In my last two hour phone call the rep. spent much of the time yelling at me. My list of grievances doesn't stop here either, but I've already taken too much of your time. Thanks for your consideration, and in short, don't bank here unless you want the most frustrating experience of your life.

She said no that's not how we do it, we only check a couple of times a month so you must unlock for 30 days I declined. I do not recommend this card which I've had for years.
