UNLESS there are people trying to cash fake checks or fake secret shopper checks or checks made in their basements because those type people are 100% always in line trying their chances that the clerk will not catch on and give them $. So needless to say I've seen a lot of arrest while waiting. I don't like that they buy used or unwanted gift cards . It feeds off one type of person ... drug addicts . It's sad these ppl have a problem and you are helping them . Oh don't get me wrong first you tear that a** apart in the return you give them for the card but you gotta know this is shady af!

I have been using this location for about a year. They now have new management and new employees. I received a call on Wednesday notifying me that their office will be closed on Friday and that I could come in on Saturday to pay, I told the employee I would be in after I got off. She never let me know they would be closing earlier and thus my card was charged a payment. When I called about the problem after thr first call the manager stopped answering for my number ( he hadn't returned my call in 15 min as he stated) I called in the span of 3 hours maybe 7 times but as soon as I use my app with a different number to call he answers and then proceeds to tell me his employee put down that I said I would be there at 230 which I never said and when I told him he showed no empathy and didn't move to find it our rectify the situation. He was rude and sarcastic and will never visit this location again. This is a review based off the manager at this location and not cash store in itself. Cash store is good but don't use it if u can't pay the money back soon bc those payments add up to a higher amount than what u originally borrowed which I feel isn't worth it. Rant over!

Wells Fargo generates a ton of their revenue from fee's…read more They get you in with a checking offer and releasing funds early for a "early pay day" Trying to close your account is a nightmare as if for any reason you overdraft your account you are unable to process a payment until the balance is done pending. Giving them the ability to hit you with a $35 overdraft fee ( with no way to remove ). Terrible customer service, any push back they hang up. Avoid Wells Fargo like the plague, SoFi is an amazing option.
