After he nearly clips my car he blows into the next lane and almost hits someone else! So I called their "company" and told them the situation. The class act working on the phone told me "that's why your not a cab driver sir." Are you kidding me?! So then he proceeds to tell me if I have an issue, I should "call 911." I wasn't going to tie up the emergency phone lines with something that could have been resolved by simply taking what I said, and discussing it with the driver that was being wreck-less, SIMPLE. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said, "that's not going to happen." Honestly? What kind of company is this? Honestly, I've never spoken to a person so rude or out of touch with reality. I would be VERY nervous to order a cab through this sorry excuse for a company. They are obviously sketchy, unreliable, and completely selfish. I know for a fact this place won't be in business much longer with that kind of attitude. I highly recommend if you need a cab to go through yellow car, they are much more courteous and helpful when I've needed a cab in the past.

I called him because I live in Novi, my car is down, and I need a ride to Henry Ford hospital Thursday morning. I called him to find out if he could do it, and he told me that he doesn't make local runs. If he doesn't do local runs, then he should not say that he's a Novi/Bloomfield cab or taxi service. That would be false advertising. I regard that as unprofessional. If he no longer does local runs, then he should state that he does not do local runs.
