I would say Yes to Ace but No to this location. This company withdraws the installment from your account as a one-time, monthly payment.

After 20 years in exile in CA, and moving back to Denver, I thought I would open a new account with Ent as I had been happy with them when I was a previous member. There was an issue signing up via the web, so I came to this location as it is the closest to me, but still a bit of a drive. I arrived before noon. When I said I wanted to open an account, I was asked to come back after one because the teller I was speaking with was going to lunch. This was about fifteen minutes before noon. He also suggested I could go to a different Ent location. I explained I had driven nearly half an hour to get there, and he didn't care. He just insisted that he and a co-worker were leaving for lunch at noon and I had to go to another branch or come back later. I told him then that this was horrible customer service.
