When I said I wanted to open an account, I was asked to come back after one because the teller I was speaking with was going to lunch. This was about fifteen minutes before noon. He also suggested I could go to a different Ent location. I explained I had driven nearly half an hour to get there, and he didn't care. He just insisted that he and a co-worker were leaving for lunch at noon and I had to go to another branch or come back later. I told him then that this was horrible customer service.
