From the moment myself and my clients walked into his office we were treated poorly. He insinuated since my client was older that she had no idea what she was signing, incredibly insulting as she is a very lively 80 year old woman. My client and her daughter were very offended and I had to calm them down so they wouldn't walk out. DAN KOEHLER also insinuated that this could be fraudulent, keep in mind that I am a very good client of the bank and unaccustomed to "my" banker accusing me of fraud. DAN KOEHLER was uneducated on the banks procedures and policies. The entire meeting was embarrassing to me and my client. On the bright side we had a wonderful experience with the tellers that helped us out.

I make no money from this, I don't work for either business. I needed cash when these two spots were closed so I resorted to this place and was disgusted with not only the customer service but also the offer they gave me. They have to be ordered online and then its shipped to you. No Seiko watches sell for 20 dollars anywhere unless its stolen or used and not in very good shape. If the sales staff is that clueless and ignorant i would suggest they find people who are a bit more educated so they are knowledgeable about what they buy and sell.i wont recommend that business to anyone.
