    Both Apple Maps and Google maps says that this location closes at 7 pm on Mondays, and last light…read more(Monday night) I showed up with my partner at around 6:25 to pick up our car that was ready for pickup and they were closed.. I had already left my partner at the dealership before realizing he was stranded there in the cold.. so I had to rush back to pick him up. called today to let them know the inconvenience caused and barely got an apology and was told they'd let someone know about the issue with the incorrect time displayed. No offer to make up for the huge inconvenience. This is not the first time we have had issues like this here. I do not recommend this shop.

    They are slow and seem completely unmotivated to sell…read more They also use false advertising. We were pursuing a non-Ford vehicle with over 90k miles on it. The listing clearly stated that one of the features was their "Liberty 4 Life" program. When flipping through the pictures, one of the pictures said "reasons to buy from Liberty" and the lifetime powertrain warranty was mentioned in those reasons, too. When I got to the dealership and decided we wanted the car, they told us it doesn't qualify for the program. When I asked why it says it has it in the listing, they said that all their vehicles say it. I took the vehicle to a Subaru service department and they told me it needed a transmission flush and Liberty refused to do it. They also connected the computer to it and found 3 error codes. Why didn't Liberty's service department do this before trying to sell the car to me? The tailgate was only working intermittently. The salesman gave up trying to get the tailgate to open when we testdrove it so he put the license plate in the side window. Even with that, they wouldn't explore further what the issue was because it worked later when we tried it. I had put $500 down on the car for them to hold it for me until we had the deal all worked out. I left a voicemail for the used car manager to explain Liberty 4 Life and he never returned my call. They were selling the car as is and they were sticking to that. After 2 weeks of no communication or signs that they really wanted to sell me a car and make me a happy customer, they sent me a text message saying they refunded the deposit and sold the car to someone else. I will never consider buying from this dealership. What a horrible experience.
