I looked up and found a new place recently opened, so I decided to try it. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. They had everything that I was looking for and more. I was also getting bored with my old pre-workout, and they had free samples of tons of flavors from great brands. The variation was extensive, and I thoroughly enjoyed trying all the different pre-workouts free of charge. I enjoyed the most popular strawberry melon pre-workout. If I had questions, they would gladly answer them. I could tell they cared about their customers and guided them to the best of their abilities. I had a meeting in 30 minutes so I said I can only wait for 10 minutes. They agreed and I waited in the store for the manager to return. Eleven minutes later, my order was ready. It was put in a bag and I left. I arrived at home to find peanut butter on my bowl! Having to wait an extra 11 minutes for an advance order is already bad enough, but to have it be WRONG too is crazy. I don't even want this because I don't like peanut butter and I paid $13 for this! Was greeted by two individuals who we're educating me on the benefits of CBD, the different types (ex: full spectrum, broad spectrum, etc) and also showing me the different types of products and their affect. I ended purchasing the CBD squib, which was pretty decent. It was a full spectrum which means it's similar to the broad spectrum, but also contains the legal dosage of THC(the psychoactive stuff). Whenever you're taking CBD products, don't expect to feel any type of psychoactivity, if that's what you're looking for. There's plenty of other benefits that's worth taking CBD for. As far as the product, it was fairly decent. Kinda like a big gummy. I split it into four sections, given my size, and you take each per day. The taste was a lot better than other CBD products I've tried. It does well in pantry after you've taken your first piece; doesn't get too sticky. I believe CBD is a product that won't be able to see immediate results in one use like THC. It didn't do the trick for my lower back pain but I've been told it's something that you should use regularly for a month or more to see progress. Great place to visit, if you're on the edge.

I'm shocked by what I experienced tonight(11/21) at 8pm at The Vitamin Shoppe but not surprised…read more This is now the second time I've had an issue with the same employee regarding their price-match policy. According to Vitamin Shoppe's own website, they will match select competitors' prices with proof including Amazon. Another employee previously honored price matching without any problem so I thought it would be the same tonight. Instead, this employee told me he "couldn't price match" and to "come back tomorrow," which is exactly what he said the last time. During the conversation, he asked why I didn't just order from Amazon. I explained that I preferred to buy it now using the price match and had him to pull up one of my previous price match receipts. His response made me feel like he thought I was trying to get something for free in which he later stated I was trying to get something for "free"which is completely false since I was paying for the product. When I questioned that comment, he escalated out of nowhere and threatened to call the police, accusing me of "hollering," which was absolutely false. I even told him to review the cameras because what he was saying was untrue. After mentioning that I would be contacting corporate, he suddenly decided he could complete the price match after all. I even told him I didn't want him to get in trouble if he was unsure about the policy but it was surprising how quickly things changed once corporate was mentioned. Before leaving, I asked if everything was good. His response made it clear it wasn't, so I simply wished him a good evening. He walked away without saying a word. This whole situation was completely unnecessary. I hope Vitamin Shoppe provides better training so customers aren't treated this way especially when all we're doing is following the policy that their company publicly states.
