We had a similar situation occur as the lady that witnessed several 5-7 year olds being left alone…read morewithout supervision. We let our daughter go through an entire 4 month session of cheer lessons. We were very uneasy because they didn't have a formal sign in/sign out policy when dropping off and picking up the children. Our daughter (5) could have left with whomever wanted to take her, but we always made sure we were there early to pick her up. The staff doesn't watch who the kids are leaving with as the kids leave. The bomb shell was when we went to the tournament. Our daughter competed in the tournament and the whole time she was sitting with her group, NO ONE was supervising the kids. These are all young kids too. After the tournament, we went through the sea of people over to where our daughter's team was to get her. Our daughter was no where to be found! They had let her wander off through the crowd of people to "look for her parents". Again, she's 5. When we asked where our daughter was, they had no idea who she was and she was at each and every practice for the last 4 months! We had to frantically search through the crowd of people to find where our daughter had went. It was terrifying because during those 3-5 minutes, we had no idea where she was or if someone had taken her! and none of the coaches helped us look. Needless to say, we didn't sign her up for a second round.

I have nothing but great things to say about their experiences and they love cheer. They have a very diverse offering for their programs and reasonable prices. I have recommended the Rec program to several friends who have joined us. Can't say enough great things about our experiences.
