The girls gymnastics class focuses on a different theme each week from bars, to balance beam to floor / mat work and more! There are about 9-10 girls. The Ninja class (for boys & girls) ends in a timed obstacle course with swinging, jumping and rolling. The kids love the competitive challenge and try to do better each time. No other kids were for OPEN PLAY- and the teachers for the classes were very smug about him running about. And he didnt want to play anymore- so took off my shoes to supervise him (he's 5) and the teacher/ approached me and said no parents!! Ive been to MANYYYY Open Play places in this town and another- and it IS usually "parent to child" which i like- (ever been on a camp day? 50 kids to 3 adults?) we got a refund! Will never spend my money there again- and went to Skyzone.

She is learning, floor routine, uneven bars, balance beam and trampoline. She even practice at home she loves stretching. It is a competive gym, so discipline is expected of the older children.the younger less experienced children are coached by older teenagers who have competed, the older children are coached by the adult coaching staff. There are a lot of improvements that can be made. However, my daughtet really enjoys her time here, her coach is great, I see progress and she is happy.

I reached out to another friend whose child used to attend, and she confirmed she pulled her daughter out for the exact same reasons, adding that the gymnastics classes lack any real structure. As a full-time working mom of four athletes who prioritizes health and fitness, I expect a standard of care and professionalism that this place simply does not provide.
