I paid a lot for them too. I shouldn't have been handed a puppy that had fleas, poop, and filth. I'm really questioning their health too due to how filthy they were and they both are breathing faster than a puppy should be. I really question the conditions they were raised in as I did not go in where the puppies were. Will be taking to vet first thing for my own check up. I could not leave these sweet puppies there though, it was grose. Again, nice lady but that place was terribly disgusting and the puppies were too.

I would have been more upset if Ellen had bathed her and brought her out in the cold. I gave her a bath when I got her home and she had a blast. The only gripe I have with Ellen is that she didn't bring the pup's papers and I have been asking her for them for months. Here it is mid-April and I still do not have them. Now, the last text asking her if she sent them (after a week of them not getting here after she said she was sending them) has gone unread. She keeps making one excuse after another. I could accept her medical excuse of being in the hospital. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but she was supposed to send the papers right out the day I got the pup! And here it is, four months and no papers! The lady is nice, but she really does need to do what she says she is going to do. On the very PLUS side, I have a very beautiful Parti Yorkie.

You are a horrible business owner and you should not be selling puppies. You are running a puppy mill. You did offer me a replacement puppy and expected me to drive down to Tennessee from Connecticut after I just lost the sick puppy you sold and and having lost over $3000 in vet fees? My puppy did not die from low blood sugars and I will post the letter from the vet if you would like me to. She was a very sick puppy and if the vet in Tennessee didn't see it then maybe you needs another vet.
