She takes care of our fur babies like they're her own. Her Kennells are very clean and the dogs have their own runs. Her Kennells are in a great barn below her home. Like I said, the Kennells are very clean and I've never smelled any offensive pet odors there. The dogs have plenty of clean and fresh water and food. She's great about giving any meds or special care needed as well. I have no problems or fears leaving our pets with her! The peace of mind that brings is worth any amount(she is very fair w her rates) and I know when we go on business trips or vacation that our pets will be loved and taken care of. I was told that my dog WOULD NOT be allowed in "group play" being that he is over 7 months and not neutered. I took him to the vet to get the vaccinations required to be at daycare. At first I was happy to hear that an accommodation could be made for my dog to interact with humans and get out for some potty breaks. I only needed 3 hours to take an exam. I brought in his breakfast and came back 3 hours later to get my dog. When I walked in his food was still out in the lobby.... The employee or owner (unsure) who greeted me asked who I was there to pick up. I told her my dog's name and she said "wow he hasn't been here very long. I haven't gotten a chance to meet him yet." I thought that was bizarre... then what was he doing? 2 days later I received his "report card" which included the photo I posted below. My dog was in fact in group play. Not only could he have gotten another dog pregnant... he came home with kennel cough. Another vet bill later he is okay.... But still. What on earth are they doing in there? How many other "accommodations" are they making that aren't kept?? Maybe another dog didn't need to get a bordetella vaccination and that's how mine came home with it? I don't know but a 30$ stay for 3 hours (including the price to just make an account) plus over $300 in vet bills later. I'm not happy and would never recommend this facility to someone. I truly hope no one came home with puppies because I know that is a lot more than $300. PSA if your dog stayed here on July 14, 2025 they may also have kennel cough or be pregnant.

Stevie was COVERED in ticks, hot spots, and matted hair. She looked like she had been terribly neglected or had been a runaway for a very long time. The vet said no chip and gave us antibiotics for the hot spots but said we had to get her groomed or at the very least trimmed because her 5"+ matted hair was making the hot spots worse. After a failed attempt to bathe her myself and after calling multiple groomers who couldn't get her in for a visit for several weeks, we finally found Heavenly Cuts. She transformed this dog! No more burrs, ticks, or fleas! And no more smelling like a homeless person!

They worked, "Buddy," in on their full schedule. No other groomer in town would. The groomer made friends with Buddy right in front of us and knew exactly how to fix our mess up.
