I haven't been able to lift my left arm over my head for a while now without feeling pain, I also have issues with my right elbow joint, well today for the first time in forever, I was able to comfortably lift my arm with no pain and I also noticed my right elbow didn't hurt when I bent it or when I picked something up with that arm.
