Great service. Beware of the car wash because it did take some of the paint off my car. Otherwise, they did a great job.

The wash and interior cleaning were good. My issue is when services are requested the attendant immediately engaged in a sell up to subscription plans, even when I said I was not interested in any sell ups. Then we engaged in a civil argument about sales pitches, as it was his job. I replied that I thought it was his job to help me choose existing services and not a sell up. The attendant insisted he had to do the sell up pitch or his boss would fire him. I am not going back because I really don't like being harrased unto buying things I will not use.. read more

Cheetah is the best, we take all our cars to Cave Mill for the complete "King" service. I took my 2009 beat up Kia Rio for a detailing on their Scottsville Road; it was full of dog hair and nobody except my Shepard would ride in it and turned into a car that looked almost brand new. They will break your car then refuse to cover the damages they caused. Our side mirror broke completely off mid car wash. It took over an hour for someone to acknowledge that it happened and bring us tape so that we could safely drive home. Not a single apology from anyone. They refuse to accept responsibility for what they've done. We waited a week for them to review our case and they decided they are not liable but they will not explain why. They will no longer respond to our messages. We are out over $900 because the mirror had a camera in it. We are canceling our membership and WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHAIN. This place is so cool! They did a great exterior wash! I also got the interior clean and it was great! They did a pretty good job and it smelled really good. Took my truck to get washed. Half the dirt was still left when I finished going thru the wash. I even paid for the extra cleaning. What a waste of money. And then when i asked them to wash out the truck bed because it was not cleaned at all they told me thats just how it is. I asked for a manager and then Mr. attitude comes out and tells me the same thing the first guy told me and when I wouldn't take no as an answer they begrudgingly allow me to hose out the back of the truck bed. The best car wash of its type I have ever used. They use a belt that the car rides on and that allows them to clean low, fat-tire cars like my corvette. The cleaning process was excellent. The front of my car was plastered with bugs and, with one pass, the car was very clean with no bugs. I don't live in Bowling Green but would recommend this particular Cheetah car wash location to any Corvette owner or any car for that matter.
