For the second claim, I had to go out of town and dropped my vehicle off to be worked on while I was gone. It wasn't ready when I got back because the shop was closed due to the weather - a cold front with snow came through. There were about 51 hrs left of work to be done. So, they needed a full week to finish the job. By the following Monday, my vehicle was ready by noon. It looked like a brand new car. Mike was easy to work with and delivered.

They got the job done on their promised timetable and helped me with the salvage title process and it was as painless as possible. Had the job done when they and van ready and done to satisfaction and the price was reasonable and they even saved me some money off the original estimate. They stated they were currently busy with a lot of orders but delivered for less than estimated and it was ready when they said it would be. The competing body shop place across the street never called back after saying they would do an estimate and was apparently were so busy they didn't bother to contact me or my dad back after we had them take a look.
