Most unreliable car wash I have ever been a member of. Never open on time and always have broken equipment. At least the one on Scottsville Road. Four days in a row I've gone there and it has been closed with no signs or anything. No emails to their members, nothing. No offered to credit their monthly members. It's just too bad for us. read more

Great self serve car wash. Didn't use full service. Reasonable priced. $2.00 for 4 minutes. Plenty of room to dry, vacuum and detail.

This is a pretty good car wash. It got my car clean and I like the free vacuums after. It did take the magnet off the back of my car but I think I should t have left it on there. It would also be cool if they had the pre scrub help get the bugs off the outside of the car. read more

This review is for Speedwash on Scottsville Rd. Despite the new updates to the automatic wash, Speedwash's service keeps getting worse. With what once used to be the best Car Wash in Bowling Green, Speedwash is now slowly falling towards the bottom. An average wash will now cost you $10-$15dollars, and it won't even clean all the bugs off the front of the vehicle. Speaking of which, the employees don't even take a brush to your car before entering the wash anymore yet they charge more for a wash. Disappointing. Will be going to another wash from now on in BG and recommend you do to. Costly and ineffective- Speedwash of Bowling Green. read more

They are rude to their customers and I won't be going back there, especially since there's so many other car washes in BG. I had an employee accuse me of blocking the exit, which wasn't true , as there were a couple of cars leave while I was supposedly blocking the exit. Anyway, they had 2 bays closed and no one directing customers where to go, so I guess this rude employee decided to take it out on the last vehicle that came in to the car wash lot. I had taken my truck and my wife's vehicle there, mostly during the winter months for several years but they lost our business due to a rude employee.The actual car wash is just ok, closest one to where we live, so I don't mind driving a few extra miles to a different car wash, instead of being treated rudely. read more

I don't get the negative reviews. Maybe if your using the automated pull through wash where machines clean your car it might suck but guess what, they all do and they're all bad for your car. NOW as far as the do it yourself stalls? This place is heaven. 5 STARS. Warm water? Almost HOT water? Do they store it on the roof to get warmed by the sunlight? Who knows. I drive an expensive well maintained car and I want to take care of it. The warm water and soap used to clean the car is a bonus. The timers on the pressure washer are the longest I've seen, and I'm coming from Florida. I was in town for an auto event and wanted to make my ride look good. I brought my own cleaning buckets and wash towels, rinsed the car off, filled my bucket with my soap and their hot water from the pressure washer, and had to wait forever for the time to run out. You definitely get your money's worth in time the washer is on. I washed my car by hand, not one person came up and bothered me about my own stuff. Then I dropped money in again and rinsed the whole thing down. Superb. ALSO: The vacuum area is covered. I mean it's UNDER a roof. No rain, no hot sun! I've never seen this. This place has got it going on, and will get my business again this year when I'm back for the same auto event. NOTE: I can't speak for the staff, I didn't interact with them. And NO ONE should use an auto car wash on their whip if they care about the looks of the paint. That's like washing your car with a rag full of sand. Pay someone to wash your stuff, or get the exercise and do it yourself. THIS PLACE IS GREAT for do-it-yourself washing. read more

Poor wash, didn't clean everyday road grime from hood and bed sides. Wouldn't run the truck through again. Also turned off the top dryers because of a hand full of leaves in the bed. While leaving I noticed soap running from seams and mirrors. Would not go back. read more

I brought my car through for the $13.00 wash, the system ripped the valve stems off of my car, I went to the manager to file a claim and I was pretty much told I must have done something wrong for this to happen. I've gone through thousands of car washes like this, and never had this happen. I googled the damage and saw that other Speedwash location had done this to cars like mine, apparently the rims on my car don't agree with this device. I kept waiting for the manager to tell me how he could help me, and pretty much he kept saying it's not in my hands, after 40 some minutes of getting the run around and no answer or any help to get my car to a service station, I was left to figure this out on my own. I am not from the area and know nothing about where anything is in Bowling Green, I told him this, and he couldn't figure out why after 40 minutes of being stranded their I lost my temper. Come here at your own risk, if something happens to your car your pretty much on your own, and you will learn it is your own fault when your car is damaged. They will not offer any help at all, not even can I call you tow truck or anything. This place is not customer oriented, they are out for themselves and it's a real shame. Find somewhere else to wash your car, a place you can trust. read more

My car wasn't too dirty but there was bird poop on my window so got the standard 5$ wash. I came out on the other side with the mess on my window still intact.. I was told that a more expensive wash would have gotten the bird poop off and sorry about my luck. I would recommend the Cheetah Clean Auto Wash on the bypass if you want your car clean-NOT this place. read more
