Second time they did fix my air, but the molding on my vehicle was broken and my bumper was pulled away from the frame of my car. The third time I took it there they fixed the molding, but they wouldn't fix my bumper. They told me they fix the molding as a courtesy. I just don't know what to say. I'm upset that's for sure. My car ended up in some photos the day before I had taken it to them and it was not like that when I dropped it off. All I wanted is my car to be given back to me the way it was when I dropped it off. Now I have to take it to a body shop and get my vehicle fixed. I'm upset over all this.

Then not 10 minutes after I dropped it off, they're calling me to tell me I needed additional parts to complete my alignment. After the list of items they quoted me the total came to 15 hundred dollars! After getting a second opinion, I found that I did not need those parts and those parts only cost 40 dollars (if I did need them) terrible mechanics, terrible people, terrible business.
