The one thing that bothers me is that corporate just made a rule about not accepting anything from customers. I can understand no cash tipping, however a random act of kindness for these folks who come out in some very unforgiving weather is not unreasonable. Corporate, do you have that little trust in your employees you think they'll cheat you if someone does something nice? Do you think so little of them you don't think they deserve kindness to say thanks. Some of us older folks who don't have kids or are grown and gone, think of these folks as our family. And just like our family when they're working hard especially out in bad weather we just want to do a little something to show them we appreciate it. So cookies and cupcakes are going to corrupt these folks? Also understanding you support Veterans organizations as a disabled Veteran I am pretty upset with your attitude. Some of us have survived on random acts of kindness from strangers. Why do you think the employees keep your business going don't deserve the same. I'm proud of the small smiles I put on faces with a cookie or cupcake. I urge you to reconsider your choice to end this truly sad rule.

From what I observed, those values were missing. From what I've heard, they speak poorly about their employees, make false promises, and alter their pay without any real reason or explanation. If they don't like you, they will make it known by punishing you for things you did not do. I hope the company takes employee concerns seriously and works toward creating a healthier and more respectful work environment.

I mean an hour later there is still water on my mats. Console,cup holders, and dash is dirtier now after they cleaned it. To much money for some terrible work.
