I just wanna start with how wonderful and thoughtful this chef is! I had an event just suddenly come up and this wonderful chef came thru with flying colors and delicious food. He was so thoughtful and helped me thru this whole process that I'm knew to. Everything was delicious and elaborate! He took the time to make sure everything came together just right. I want to say I seen a complaint against him as I was getting ready to write this review. I believe the lady was angry at the organization of the company and took it out on this angel of a chef. Shame on her, I feel like she was just disappointed and kept her nagetivity towards the chef. There is no way his food is bad like she is trying to say, sounds to me like she wanted free food. If you need a chef with the fingers and soul of an angel chef Julian boudreaux is the guy for you! Please let him host your next event! read more

Chef Andrew catered my writing retreat that I hosted in Joshua Tree! Had a group of writers from LA and other cities come in. While they came for the workshops, the food was out of this world! Fabulous charcuterie spreads. Breakfasts and food demos with homemade pastas and more! He handled a big group with great skill and charm. Highly recommend!
