It was hard to keep up. Now, every week, Chef Adam comes over and cooks up enough food for 4-6 delicious, hearty meals. I was impressed with their professionalism, quick response time, thorough follow up, and putting together a menu that was exactly what I asked for. Chef Mark prepared food on site and it was the most fresh, tasty beautifully presented. Passed Hors d'oeuvre Chicken Diablos had a little kick to them, as the bacon wrapped chicken had some pickled jalapeños. Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms were particularly tasty for me, with flavors singing and dancing together. Beef on sliders was very high grade, and had even two slices per each slider. Grilled veggies were a hit, and Feta and Garlic dip was very popular as well. Petite sweets and berries with fresh whipped cream topped the party.
