We hired Chef Tyner for a bachelorette party dinner of 14 and after 4 days in Austin, we unanimously agreed that the dinner he prepared for us was our favorite meal of the trip. Every course he made was absolutely delicious. The salmon we had for our entrée melted in your mouth, it was probably the best salmon I've ever had in my life. The peanut sauce that came with our appetizer was to die for, the avocado salad was superb, dessert was amazing and the perfect end to our dinner. It's my first morning after Chef Adam catered our 3-day, 14-person company retreat, and I'm already having withdrawals! And talk about hitting the brief. There wasn't a single meal that wasn't a home run. Each meal had delicious options for all of our dietary needs. There were no afterthoughts here. At one point, the vegans even thought the biscuits might be too good to be true in all their delicious flakiness, but indeed, they were butter and gluten-free! Great Chef Adam was wonderful! I hired him to prepare and cook dinner for my husband's 40 birthday celebration for 10 of us. He was very responsive and accommodating leading up to and during the dinner. Adam traveled from Austin, TX to Bastrop, TX arriving promptly and was very patient with us as we were very loud, chatted away to him, took photos for us, etc. With Covid, Adam also took precautionary measures including wearing a mask the entire time he prepared, cooked and served the meals.
