It's rooted in respect and compassion for the healing benefits of cannabis, and a profound love for creating a unique and unforgettable culinary experience. It's absolutely both, and it's absolutely unforgettable. The details: It's important to note that this is a culinary experience just as much as a cannabis one, and perhaps even more so. Ivan and Anne do an incredible job as a team, and Ivan's dishes are outrageously good. There's also zero cannabis flavor in the dishes as he uses RSO (which also enables them to calculate the cannabis infusion to the mg). When my friend and I arrived to their beautiful home, there were stations with beverages and complimentary pre-dinner items. The home itself is stunning, with gorgeous views and a beautiful lounge area in the back with a fireplace and couches to hang out on (and smoke!) before dinner. It's truly hard to express how customized this experience and dinner is to whatever you want, and you will work with Ivan and Anne ahead of time over the phone/email/text to determine what courses you'd like, how much cannabis to infuse (it's totally up to you), as well as logistics. They even helped us arrange a ride from the city to their home and back with a private driver! I've attached pictures of the meal, and I could write a paragraph per course because they were all so special and so delicious. This was well worth the expense, and truly a fine dining experience. Lastly but not leastly, it's awesome to understand the story of how this came to be. After Ivan had a stroke and found miraculous progress using RSO, he and Anne turned to this to help other people too. It was so fascinating to hear the background and context from their perspective. They work as such a great team, and are such gracious hosts. If you're even slightly considering a cannabis infused culinary experience and you're in the area, you would be seriously missing out if you didn't at least consider Mangia Ghanja. She also gave great suggestions for setup and food ideas. They were also able to serve traditional Filipino dishes, which not a lot of local catering companies knew how to do (many requested we find recipes for them). On the day of the wedding, Creative came early and worked well with our coordinator to set up a beautiful display for food. First, they served delicious hors d'oeuvres for our guests for the cocktail hour. All of our guests loved the lechon and the Korean fried chicken they served, so much so, we ran out of food quick! To top the night off, Creative served delicious carne asada fries (which also quickly ran out!) to our hungry guests after a night of a drinking.
