Hey there! I just…read morehad to reach out because I'm still buzzing from the incredible cocktail party we hosted recently, and it was all thanks to Chef Lisa Cornish and her amazing team! We had a pretty intimate gathering, about 40 wonderful guests, complete with a fantastic bar, delicious hors d'oeuvres, and some truly divine desserts. Honestly, from the moment the first guest arrived, Lisa's staff were absolutely on point. They made sure everyone felt totally welcomed and completely taken care of, which was just so lovely to see. It felt like every single person on her team had a genuine smile for every request, big or small. Their professionalism combined with such warmth really shone through. They were, without exaggeration, simply outstanding. My guests haven't stopped talking about how impressed they were with everything - the food, the drinks, and especially the impeccable service. It truly made the evening a memorable one for everyone, and I couldn't be happier. Lisa is a dream to work with!! Just wanted to share this glowing feedback. Lisa and her assistant were there very early and did a fantastic job preparing dinner. Lisa and her assistant were very personable and we even got a little bit of a comedy show. Our meal started off with the lobster bisque which was absolute perfection. Next we had a wedge salad, which was topped with bacon and blue cheese, and some other items, including tomatoes. I am not a wedge salad person, and I was converted. For our meal we had filet mignon on top of a bed of potatoes with asparagus. It was absolutely delicious and I could barely finish it. The meal ended with crème brûlée, which I cannot say enough great things about. Overall, it was one of the best dinners I have ever had. From the presentation, to the wonderful personalities of Chef' Lisa and her assistant, to the great company, it was a beautiful night with beautiful food.

His passion for creating healthy, delicious meals is exceeded only by his commitment to his clients. I can't recommend his services more highly! Details: My wife and I spent almost four weeks in Las Vegas visiting our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter as we vacationed. My wife suffers from chronic arthritis, pernicious anemia and steady back pain. My daughter thought it would be a good idea for my wife to eat a healthy, organic diet while there. So she did the research and found Chef Rob. After talking to my wife in person, asking about her ailments and her taste buds, Chef put together a three week menu that was anti inflammatory and delicious. Chef Rob personally delivered the prepared meals each week. They were incredible! Three to five minutes of these freshly packed meals in boiling water and voila! a delicious, healthy meal was ready to be served. My wife started feeling better after the first week and is following Chef Rob's recommendations on what to eat and what to avoid now that we're back home. I could go on but trust me, if you're reading this review, then you're looking for the very services R.O.C. and Chef Rob provide. Call. You'll be glad you did!

We stayed in an AirBnB that had a great kitchen, so we wanted to treat our team to a meal one night at the house. We found Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre, contacted them, worked out a menu, and enjoyed the food immensely! From the very start, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre were wonderful to work with. Their communication was always super prompt and professional, and so was their demeanor at the house. They beat me to the location when I was heading back from the expo, and got everything set up and ready to go super quickly. They were so friendly and warm, and played fun music while they were cooking while chatting with our team as they trickled back to the house from the expo. They made us the MOST DELICIOUS meal! We had a toasted bread, cheese, and pear starter, a grilled and roasted rack of lamb with asparagus and mashed potatoes for the main course, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was homemade and AMAZING. The team still talks about how delicious and cool the experience was. I would 10000% recommend this awesome duo to anyone looking to have a meal prepared for them. They are the total package! Thank you, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre! We appreciate you.

I wish we booked sooner. They showed up early to set up and brought everything; tables, chairs, napkins, sakè for drinks and even to-go boxes because there was SO much delicious food. We went with the filet mignon and chicken catering option that came with salad, chicken fried rice and veggies. The homemade sauces were tasty, better than Benihana! The hibachi table was legitimate, not a blackstone or a taco grill. Very High quality all around. The chef and waitress were kind, provided quick service and the entertainment was top notch. I can't recommend this business enough and we can't wait to book again.
