They listened to all my questions, concerns, and requests. I wanted a Mediterranean menu for my guests so they put together some options that already looked like a perfect menu. They were also very attentive to some concerns about guest food allergies, which sealed the deal because I knew they cared for my guests. Our menu included: Greek salad Baked Feta Cheese dip Homemade hummus and Baba ganoush Greek Meatballs Garlic Shrimp skewers Chicken and Steak kabobs Saffron rice pilaf Grilled vegetables. Everything was a hit! Everyone kept complimenting how delicious the food was. I wish I could take credit but I definitely cannot. So my advice is to contact "Delightful Chefs" or Chef Kas so you can experience even more of their delicious talents. I cannot forget about the attendants. The service they provided was good on the catering side, the presentation of the food and setup was nice. BUT, the 2 dishes that were served wasn't the best, We had burnt and dry chicken skewers as an appetizer, and the Filipino noodle dish "Pancit" turned spoiled during the party (meaning it spoiled towards the end of the night and was not good to eat the following day). This was a buffet style kind of party which our guests were able to take home extra food that was left over. The same night and following day we had some feedback from some of our guests on the food. Which brought us here, our guests that took home food was not able to to eat it because the pancit packed went spoiled quickly (night of). They complained about a sour and spoiled taste and smell. As we bring up this situation to the company, they did offer us a remake of the dishes or a future "credit". That was not in our best interest, since we are not planing to use them for the any future parties. After a few more days past, they came with their conclusion to refund us with less than 4.5% of the total invoice that we paid for in cash. We live in Las Vegas where customer service and hospitality should be top notch. We are also business owners too and value customer feedback. We know the industry and parents work in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years. We gave delightful chefs a try because they were highly recommended by a good friend of ours, knowingly this was a special day for us and our family. Overall we can't say everything was bad, just the way they choose to handle the resolution wasn't the greatest experience. They don't value their customers opinions and only care about their company. My boyfriend and I hired Aaron to meal prep breakfast and lunch for us 5x a week and do dinners 3x a week because neither of us cook if we're not eating out at a nice restaurant, then we're generally not eating well. My idea of meal prep prior to meeting Aaron was someone cooking one dish in bulk on a Sunday night and packaging it 5x in tupperware. Not with Aaron - he prepares us individual weekly menus, all gourmet. Each meal is different every day and every week the menu changes. The menus are thoughtful and creative - you can tell an artist (not merely a cook) was behind its creation. He only gets the best ingredients. I had to smile inside when I heard him say that he only shops at Whole Foods because "when you love food, you can't shop anywhere else." Or something to that effect. He takes pride in his craft - why compromise on quality and taste by shopping for poor ingredients? The food is so delicious. Man I feel like a princess when I eat his fruit topped waffles or delicious morning smoothies. At night, his veggie stir fry and strudels are what I crave. I am a meat eater and I don't even miss the meat - he feeds us healthy but doesn't compromise on taste. Last, Aaron is just personable. I worked from home the first day he cooked in our kitchen. He's easy to talk to and he whistles while he works ... my point is that he REALLY enjoys his work (and in fact he insisted it was not work, although I'd disagree based on the time I saw him put into our meals) and it shows. That's important. Anyway, between the yummy food and the great service from Aaron, I know where my money is going. And I can feel good about the meals I am getting because I see them as an investment in my health. His prepped meals make it convenient for me to eat well that it leaves me no excuses to eat poorly.

Three to five minutes of these freshly packed meals in boiling water and voila! a delicious, healthy meal was ready to be served.
