One of the only restaurants on the island where you can have a fantastic dinner in the Mediterranean! The ambience is amazing with candle lit tables, cloth napkins, glass water glasses, friendly staff and a talented Greek Chef named George! The food is superb and authentic. My favorite was the "flaming feta cheese" topped with cherry tomatoes. The GREEK MOUSSAKA was delicious and you won't leave hungry with the hefty servings. I tried the Greek Cabernet which was surprisingly tasty. Full bar is available with many drink choices. Eating at Zorba is a MUST!

Avgolemono soup!!! It's absolutely delicious!!! I haven't had since I was in Greece four years ago it's really good!!!

The three of us had an amazing girl dinner here at Zorbas. I highly recommend all of the appetizers, and the Aegean Sunset specialty cocktail is especially delicious. 10/10.

We decided to check out the new restaurant. We heard good things about it. It is a blend of Mediterranean cuisines. It's authentic Greek food and not the commercial version of Greek food. I started with the traditional Greek chicken lemon soup. It was different than others I've had. It had a lot of dill and it had the consistency of jook. It had good flavor. Dinner rolls were served before our appetizers. My friend had the spanikopita it was a large wedge stuffed with spinach and came with a yogurt dip. It was also very good. For dinner I had the small Mediterranean salad with chicken Shwarma. It was a big plate of chicken, well seasoned. My salad was very good and filling for an appetizer salad. My friend had the Greek salad and gyros meet. Both of us had a to go box. If youbare in a rush, this isn't the place for you. The service is paced and good foorld takes time to prepare. The menu is extensive so you can come many times and not be bored. The decor is very nice. It feels like you're in Greece.

Delicious! Truly best Greek food I've had. (And I'm from New York.) Loved the ono sandwich and the spanakopita was fantastic.

She uses fresh local ingredients with a style that is bold in her use of spices and herbs, many of which come from her garden. Our first night we selected off of her Hawaiian Pacific menu, starting with her Ahi Bruschetta with an avocado mouse and her Purple Sweet Potato galettes, then a Farm Fresh Salad to lead into the entrees of Steak and MahiMahi with grilled veggies and an amazing Cauliflower done two ways. Matcha Brownies with Haupia ice cream and a black salt sprinkle brought it all home! The following dinner stepped the flavors even more over the top as we enjoyed her Mediterranean menu. We started with an incredible Mezzo platter including delicious hummus and the freshest, most flavorful feta I have ever had. The menu progressed to include a beautiful salt crusted Red Snapper (see Pix) and concluded with an awesome Strawberry Rose Coconut Cheesecake. Our family has a wide range of tastes and includes some serious foodies (two live in San Francisco and dine out multiple times a week) and all were blown away. Her portions are also very generous, so we enjoyed a full leftover meal the following days. I heartily recommend Farm Cook Kauai for an incredible personal chef dining experience!

I can't remember exactly which poke varieties we got, but I believe one was their shoyu poke and the other was a spicy ahi. Regardless, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. This is exactly the kind of mom-and-pop spot I love finding while traveling. No frills, just friendly people serving great food at reasonable prices. The poke was fresh, the karaage was flavorful, and the lau lau was tender and comforting. The staff was welcoming, the portions were generous, and the prices were fair, especially considering the quality of the food. There are plenty of places to eat on Kauai, but spots like this are what make a trip memorable. We'll definitely be back the next time we're on the island.

We opted for Hawaiian / Pan-Asian for our menu and had some the best meals we ever tasted. We had a group of 15 people, 9 grown up foodies and some children who are very picky eaters. As a parent of young kids, it was totally worth it compared to the hassles of organizing, transporting, and dealing with everyone going out to a restaurant with 15 people... this was nice and easy. This was our first private chef experience so we didn't know what we were getting into, but he made it very easy for us throughout the process, from meal planning to clean up.. Chef Cory's pricing was similar to the other options on the island and his initial quote was fairly accurate compared to the final invoice. I will definitely hire him again next time I'm in Kauai!
