They have options for meals put together for you as well but i like a bulk amount of protein to last me and putting my own meals together. The website has photos and nutritional facts for all meals. Protein, carbs, veggies and even some vegan and baked options. I got tired of my George Foreman during the pandemic and haven't cooked my own meals since. My only complaint about it is they didn't seem to have cooked the basmati rice for long enough and the kernels were a bit tough. Overall the experience and flavors were great. I do think it is a bit on the pricier side for the portion sizes, (I can understand that they are probably just covering costs). What I really appreciate is that they list the macros for the meals (although there seems to be a few dishes where this is not listed). That makes it REALLY easy for someone who is looking to keep track of their carbs/protein.
