Kevin and his lovely wife brought everything necessary to make our anniversary/birthday dinner extra special. All of our guests were impressed with the amazing and healthy food as well as the ease and professionalism shown by Chef Kevin's team. This was the first time we had ever hired a personal chef and we were so pleased. Also, they cleaned up! What a treat. Chef Kevin came to our house for a dinner party with friends. He and his wife were so lovely. He prepared an amazing dinner (plus apps and dessert!) which was delicious, creative and beautiful. We'll be sokng this again next year! Very highly recommended him. read more

I have been taking cooking lessons from Chef Kevin Brothers and I want to encourage others to do the same. We discuss the meal/lesson in advance. He brings all the ingredients and I mostly cook the meal under his tutelage and guidance. He documents the process (recipe) and emails it to me so I can recreate it myself. Kevin deeply understands the science of cooking. He is an expert on flavors and flavor combinations. He has a deep understanding of nutrition and health and he is an expert chef with the skills and technique of a master (at least it appears that way to me). Hire him before he gets too busy and you miss your window of opportunity. read more

We highly recommend Chef Kevin's services. Kevin is always professional and dependable. Most importantly his meals NEVER disappoint! Our whole family has discovered new ways to eat certain foods and learned we liked items we had not tried. I hired Kevin to prepare weekly breakfasts and dinners for me during a very busy time in my life. I was thoroughly impressed with his menus, cleanliness, time management, professionalism and friendly personality. He left my kitchen cleaner than it was when he first started working for me! I like that he consulted with a nutritionist to develop menus that fit my health goals and it never once felt like I was eating "health food". I never knew vegetables could taste so great! He also imparted some great knowledge and taught me a few recipes, which other personal chefs were not willing to do in the past. We had chef Kevin come to the house for a Valentine's Day dinner. He served and took care of 8 of us. Kevin and his wife were amazing. We had a great time with them. The food was incredible. His sommelier suggested pairings for us and they were all spot on. The only issue I have is that someone may book him before me for next years valentines. This will be a yearly occasion for sure. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for Chef Kevin Brothers! The experience was positive from start to finish. He worked with us to design a creative and delicious menu for our 12 dinner guests. The food was gorgeous, inventive and so yummy! (Guests who claimed to dislike mushrooms and beets were licking their mushroom & beet covered plates!) He paired interesting and delicious beers/wines with each course and made the world's best Key Lime Pie. What a wonderful meal! Our 2 children & their spouses offered us this dinner for 6 paired with wines as a special thank you for us taking everyone to France on vacation. Kevin was charming, professional, knowledgeable and an excellent chef. He was so easy to work with on the menu and everything came together splendidly. Both my husband who is French and I are foodies and I love to cook. But it's exhausting to do this as often as I used to. So this gift from the heart was truly a fantastic treat for me. Kevin and his crew take care of everything from start to finish and when they left it was cleaner than it was when they arrived. We used Chef Kevin for two separate occasions, a 40th birthday party and a joint 70th birthday party. I can't say enough good things about the experience. He is incredibly professional and creative when he works on your event menu. The food was delicious and so beautifully presented. The team he brings to help during the event is also very professional, helpful and thorough. It is such a treat to have a chef in your home and Chef Kevin goes out of his way to really make the event memorable and delicious. You will be so glad you worked with him and it's an incredible way to really enjoy the day and your guests - without having to worry about food or the dreaded clean up. I cook so you don't have to! I am a professionally trained chef with years of experience working in restaurant kitchens. Most recently, I was the Executive Chef at Pure Wine Cafe in historic Ellicott City. Since my venture at Pure Wine Cafe, i've moved on to provide personal chef services such as in-home weekly meal preparation, dinner parties, and cooking lessons. I work together with a licensed nutritionist to be sure that you get healthy, balanced meals. With her direction, I can also accommodate special diets (e.g. Diabetic friendly, Food Allergies, Weight Loss, Immune Support, etc). I prefer to use local and seasonal ingredients, and my expertise is in Asian, Indian, Latin American, Italian, Spanish, and modern American classics.

That's just not true but I understand the frustration that led to a misunderstanding. I know the owner/chef was busy and working to try improve their marketing, ordering app, and communications. It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it. I made a mistake of signing up for 4 weeks of meal delivery, and now I am out of hundreds of dollars. The first delivery was 2 days late and required multiple attempts to contact the merchant to get the ordered meals. Week 2 meals were delivered but be aware, if you happen to be in the shower when they show up with your delivery, they won't leave your meals on your secure porch and will just drive away with your order. Week 3- NO DELIVERY, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Again, I had too contact the merchant to try to figure out where was my food. Days later got a response that they had an issue with their refrigerator and simply neglected to let me know!!! With over a thousand dollars already tied up with this merchant, I had to scramble to purchase food for my family elsewhere. Due to the "NO CALL NO SHOW" for the week 3 delivery, I politely asked the chef to immediately refund me for the remaining 2 weeks worth of food that wasn't delivered. I explained that because they failed to honor their contract, I had to make other arrangements for the meals. The merchant NEVER REFUNDED me for the remaining 2 WEEKS worth of food that they NEVER DELIVEREDA. I ended up having to contact my credit card company, and guess what? The merchant is lying to my credit card company, claiming they delivered all 4 weeks worth of meals! I am reaching out to the Office of the Attorney General and filing a fraud complaint next. Stay as far away from this thief as you can!
