We opted for the 'medium' size portion lunch, dinner, snack, and it was great. The portions were filling, and I called before ordering to get the nutritional info, which was approx 600-650 calories/meal for this portion size, and 200 calories for the snacks. The snack is often 3 'pieces' of something so you can spread it throughout the day. The food is delicious, and very inventive. Meals are not just thrown together or the same old same old-every meal we received was unique in some way, and the proteins and veggies were always delicious. The service is incredible.
