They have horrible service. I ordered a grill in September and they said it will be shipped end of October. I called to cancel order because it not ship end of October . It is now April and freight company calls me to deliver the grill that I no longer need and that was supposed to be canceled. They said if I cancel I have to pay restocking fee. I don't recommend this company. I bought a commercial display freezer from the company, gave my business address to ship it and they delivered not once but twice to my home address. When I finally received it it also came with the wrong plug. It cost me $535.00 to replace it then after one month of operation the freezer compressor went out and cost me $3,200.00 in product plus the cost of replacing the freezer. I made an effort to resolve the issue and sent all the documentation supporting the problem to the company but the company has not made an effort to resolve the issue. read more

A bunch of crooks!! They sent a damaged unit and try to say it was damaged during my install. I have surveillance footage showing the product damaged as I unwrapped it. After fighting with Amazon they agreed to return the unit!! Then I find out they only returned 50% of my $3677.25!! Crooked a@@holes!!! Never do business with these crooks!!! I have the last laugh cause my credit card company has sided with me and reversed 100% of the charge. So Chefs Deal & Amazon could both go to hell!!! read more

We are starting a concession trailer business and went here to get our kitchen equipment. They had pretty much everything we needed and we are pleased with the purchasing experience. We purchased high dollar items and ended paying over $3,000 for everything. Part of our purchase was 2 stainless steel work tables. When we had a chance to open the boxes after arranging all of the equipment in our trailer, we realized that one of the tables did not have legs in the box. When I finally had a chance to call when they were open, they told me that it was too late. I had to let them know within 48 hours, which probably was in the tiny print all companies like to give to customers but never mention in person. So now I am stuck with a $135 useless table after spending $3,000 at this place. That's just bad business. These people rack in $$$$$ loads a day. If they can't make a customer happy, they are pretty much useless to me. It's bad business. We have many other purchases that we need to make and we will be finding somewhere else to buy it. The biggest purchase will be a $2,000 hood vent which we will purchase somewhere else now that I know how much my business means to them. read more
