Candy Craze is mainly a "by the pound store", where most of their options are in cases and purchases by the pound. You can mix and match for the same price, which is great because there is always something we want to try, but don't want to spend a lot on, so buying one piece along with all the stuff we know we like is a nice way to check it off. The store is a bit dated, but what spot in a mall isn't these days. Service is friendly, even on the phone. I rang them before popping by as I was unsure best spot to enter the mall, and they let me know the easiest way to find them. Overall, I do not do malls or purely candy shops often...but I am not mad at this candy shop inside of the mall.

Stopped to buy a cola late on the 16th and bought 4 lottery tickets of which I won $17. I had never…read morebeen in this area of TN, this was immediately after dropping off a 3.5 hr Uber rider from my hometown of Knoxville. When I went to cash in the tickets I could not cash them in because it said they were invalid and out of date. So I called the store owner who then accused me of buying them somewhere else and said they never sold that type of ticket. When I told him to look at his cameras to see me purchasing the tickets that night from his employee he said he would look into it and get back with me. When he got back with me he continued with the story of he did not sale those and I must be mistaken of which store I stopped at. And when I told him my ride was recorded by life 360 and Uber he continued with the we don't sale that ticket. Then laughed and said call the commissions board. He then texted me again on the 21st stating that a friend who owns a market in Knoxville activated those tickets on 4-4-24. Note the ticket I got were numbers 000-003 so they were the first ones sold off of the roll. And I had tried to cash them at my local weigels on the 19th so he could have sold more fraudulent tickets in those days before I contacted him and even be cashing in the prizes himself to locals who won. Buying some scratch offs every now and again has been a treat for me to honor times I had with my father who has been gone for 18yrs now scammer stores like this have ruined it for me.
