I selected a…read moredoctor in the South Holland Area and decided on the Advocate South Holland Location due to it's proximity to my house. My new PCP and her Nurse were both excellent! Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist on the far right of the counter was nothing short of horrid! Someone needs to explain to her that along with the other front desk staff, she will be the FIRST person a patient sees and the LAST person they see if they are scheduling a follow up appointment. Whether she realizes it or not, she is part of the patient experience! If your not happy with your job, do something else. Kudos to the rest of the front desk staff!

My boys School physicals were both completed within 20 minutes of walking through the front door. Now This office is a little dated but I'm not looking to move in I just want to be seen, taken care of and get out and they rock when it comes to this.
