The place is terrible. Managnent is very inconsiderate. The resedints complain about every little thing. They always have something new tou have to pay for to have done or they fine you or threaten you to get evicted. They are prejudice to certain breeds of dogs. An the lot fee gets raised every year an its almost impossible to get them to do anything for you. Wish I never moved here. read more

They have literally the worst management I have ever experienced. I Live in a giant mobile home park with hundreds of homes, and they don't even keep one person on as part time staff in the management office. I received 2 eviction letters within 6 months due to lack of payment. It turned out they had both checks, but nobody to pick up/receive and process them. The first time they found it in their office, who knows where they lost this second one. It is so stressful having moved into an RHP properties owned place. I Can't even begin on where to start... This is all after a giant fiasco trying to move in initially (basically tried to buy the house out from under me, by denying me tenancy so I wouldn't purchase the home) I suppose I should have seen the signs but I am stubborn. These people due sketchy business. They blamed and fired the park manager afterwards, and hired a new one. Things went well here for a couple months. Rent is at least 50% higher than surrounding parks, and I could not give you any reason as to why. Nobody is on staff at chelmsford commons currently, still waiting for a call back from RHP (over 2 weeks now) regarding yet another eviction notice due to rent , despite having already paid... yet again UPDATE 2/22/16 within a week of posting this review I received another letter informing me rent is being raised... again! I recently learned through an email from RHP (regarding lost checks) that there has been absolutely no management at all, for the entire park, for over 3 months! They have a messaging service that goes to nowhere, literally. They say they will take a message and forward it to the park management... which is non-existent. it sounds like a joke, but I'm serious. every review so far is very accurate. I got ripped off the day I purchased a trailer there. I was told my rent would be around 350-400 dollars a month. Wasn't handed the lease until I had bought the Trailer. On the lease the rent was 633. over 200 more than I was quoted, but I owned the mobile home so I was stuck paying.....3 months later I found out they had sold me a condemned home when the building inspector told me no one was allowed to live there, luckily I had fixed the structural damage and he changed the home's classification to livable. They stole my rent, more than once and waited more than a year to tell me I was in arrears so they could collect the late fees. They owe me a couple of thousand and have tried to evict me more than once for not paying rent. I had to fix a water main in the middle of winter and never got paid for it. They are on there their 5 or 6 manager since I moved it less than 5 yrs ago. They have harassed me with eviction notices 13 days after the rent was due when it is 30 days by law.They never cleaned the property when I bought the home so I had to pay for a dumpster and people to clean the trash out of the yard just so my kids could play in the yard ect..... bunch of crooks read more
