    We are a new condominium development and the Board was just transitioned from Toll Declarant…read moreTrustees to a full homeowner Board. We have had TDG for 2 years now during the construction phases. We have a Portfolio/Property Manager, Cheri Gillis, and an assistant, Gessenia Garcia-Lopez, both who are not full time, and other than being onsite f/t, both provide service as if they were. Cheri takes great care of us, even though she is managing a multitude of contractors that Toll uses. After Transition, she has taken excellent care of our working Committee Chairs and the Board. The TDG emergency support after hours dispatches their tech who is onsite in 20-30 minutes. The only downside for not giving 5 stars is the slow response for normal service requests and that there is no service level objectives in the Toll management agreement with TDG. Otherwise, TDG has the tools and scale to support our 66 homes, and Cheri is a very responsive professional experienced property management portfolio manager. I am upping my review to 5 stars. Cheri and Gessenia alone do so much that it makes up for the lack of a service level performance requirement and objective; this was a lacking my Toll in their original Management Agreement with TDG. TDG is hired by the HOA Board, who have sole management and control and accountability for the HOA; TDG takes direction from the Board.

Condo dues are up and…read more2018 approved budget is $1,063,968 yes well over one million- in that we pay salaries for personnel total of three, their auto mileage for them, their health and dental, uniforms -not sure what uniforms as they wear their own clothing, at a total of $143,493 that is an office manager, a maintenance supervisor and one other maintenance personnel. We pay $53,594 annually to the Property Managers Lundgren Mgmt. We have five trustees here and they have sole discretion to pick and choose the vendors yet three out of five trustees don't reside on the property yet own and rent out multiple units here. We were told in an email they treat the property like their own home really? as of today no minute meeting notes sent out and no notice of our owner meeting last one was five months ago, no notice of large projects being done - nothing - I see a posting on the internet where a trustee is renting out property Available: posting below - I wish rather than worrying about rentals and his own pocket worry about how poorly kept the property is looking: Two bedroom on second floor. Must have good credit, $1725 a month, one year lease. No pets, no smoking. Includes heat, gas for cooking and hot water. Balcony, attic storage, pool, close to shopping and major roadways. Laundry in building Disclaimer: There is smoking allowed on the property and the units and pets that are therapy pets are here as well. The laundry machines - there are two in the entire bldg. that is three floors and they are broken most of the time. 16 Kenmar Dr is located in Billerica, Massachusetts in the 01821 zip code. I have been here since March it is now almost June, I have had nothing but problems with their management since I moved in, she is clearly a miserable soul and takes it out on the tenants, which is unbelievable to me. There are several complaints regarding her and her doing things such as what she did to me in towing a motorcycle that was legally registered/insured and was covered and chained, which she removed and cut (illegally) - I am currently on vacation and discussed this with her before leaving and she STILL had it towed for NO REASON! I will be contacting the proper authorities and potentially pressing criminal charges depending on how the ACTUAL management handles the situation but bottom line is - STAY AWAY from this place, they hate kids, make it next to impossible to use the pool, add speed bumps in the summer so there is one every 20 ft and are just terrible management in general. The maintenance (The gentleman I have encountered) is great and was the one who helped me REGISTER MY VEHICLE WITH THE OFFICE - but it's still been in a tow yard for a week and it was all done illegally, RENT ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT ANY HAPPINESS IN YOUR HOME LIFE, SHE WILL RUIN ANYTHING THAT YOU CAN ENJOY ABOUT YOUR LIVING SITUATION, INCLUDING ISSUES WITH SNOW REMOVAL, "SHUTTING DOWN" DRIVEWAYS THAT ARE CRITICAL FOR PEOPLE TO GET TO WORK WITH 2 DAYS NOTICE OF ONE PAPER ON A BOARD WHERE YOU WALK IN, TOWING VEHICLES FOR NO REASON AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE, STAY AWAYYYY!!!!!!!!

    My brother and I moved into one of their properties at Skyline Dr. We approached the Management…read moreOffice with requests to investigate noise coming in from the apt above on daily basis at 5 AM, they refused to investigate and ignored our calls for help. I find that the management office staff is VERY rude, they spoke badly about the owners and they abuse their authority. So another scam they will get you for is a secret deal they have with a tow company next door where they will tow your car even if it was in the Visitor's section. Our cars got towed the first day we moved in. They allow no grace periods, no signs and no warnings. At $200 a pop to tow a car next door literally! Allied Property Miss-management company is HORRIBLE to deal with. Staff there need to take a course in Customer Service. Their emails are often full or Grammar errors and they never sign their names to an email. They have a person there by the name of "Chrestine" that truly can use an attitude adjustment.

Not to mention the deal they have with the towing company next door, towing cars without any notification to the owners and citing how they are enforcing the "policy". You can be kind and understanding and Christine Baker will still give an attitude as if you're the one wasting her time when YOUR car was the one towed! They will tow your car after a snow storm despite not issuing a notification beforehand (as they has always done with previous storms). And they will have your car towed on the weekends despite the towing company not allowing cars to be towed on the weekend, charging you 35 dollars per day until Monday that you can pick it up. 100 to hook the car, 70 to place it down and 35 every day it's sitting there, and Bakers attitude throughout the entire interaction you have with her is extremely petty and passive aggressive! You'd think she'd find a new job if she hated it so much for so many years!
