Mikey (owners son) and his cousin showed up within the time slot given. I explained to Mikey exactly what I wanted and they did a good job. Day before, we moved all the mattress out of the way so they were able to clean the carpet below as well too. They also did a protectant on the hallway and stairway, where more traffic occurs (to protect the carpet). Our carpets are about 2.5 years old, so still very good condition. They didn't take long to finish, did a good job overall. We had the stairway, hallway, 4 bedrooms and bonus room cleaned, price was reasonable. I also gave them a $30 tip. Will use them again in the future for carpet cleaning.
