We had this company clean our sofa and they did an excellent job but after drying I noticed the end of the arm rests were still a bit discolored. They did a terrific job on my stairs, rug and love seat. I have a cream colored love seat and a 6- year old! You can only imagine how gross it looked. But it looks like new! The stairs in our house haven't been cleaned in years and years, and the tenants before us had a dog. And, like the love seat, they look practically new! We had a 2" deep basement flood after a heavy fall of snow followed by heavy rain. We called All Kleen immediately and Casey arrived within 2 hours. He quickly assessed the situation and personally worked all day to extract all the water, peel back the carpet, remove the soaked padding, and install dehumidifiers. His prompt action saved all our carpets, drywall and many $1000's. His team's follow up over the next week was stellar -- they returned several times to test the moisture levels -- before announcing the all-clear and laying new padding and re-tacking the carpet down. Not, happy with the cleaning of small living room and small bedroom....100.00 not well spent!!! Didn't clean close enough to baseboard or tracking next to slider, was told that dirt is from house settling and grease and dirt is not part of there cleaning service! But for additional fee they will come out and do it! What!?!? Is butting up to baseboard etc not included in normal carpet cleaning? Called there office ended up hanging up to much lip service!!!! read more
