I was really impressed at the care they took, pretreating spots so everything would come clean. Our traffic areas were horrid, didn't think they could ever come clean, the carpet through out the house looks brand new. I would give them a 5 star rating for not only the magnificent job they did but in also how professional they were. And the job was done quickly but without skimping on the care of the carpet any where. We had Chem Master clean our carpets today. Tim did a wonderful job on our carpets. We were amazed how great they look. Didn't think they could look like new. They are twelve years old. We have two dogs and there were a couple of spots that I hadn't seen. They are gone now and everything is so fresh and clean. Tim was so professional and worked very hard and quick. I hired Chem Master to do my entire house. I have a BIG house, Steps, several stains that have been there for a very long time. For the special price in the flyer they sent me I got my entire house done for literally over 1/2 off what I normally have spent. Bo did an amazing job! He got up the stains which I would have been so sure would never come out. Within 4 hours of cleaning the floors were dry and the best they have ever looked.
