We waited 3 weeks on a computer and tech came to put it in with :45 minute notice he was coming. He changed computer and was gone. When I got home I noticed we no longer had a air fryer option (wrong controller). I called on Saturday and got the service manager who told me the tech would call me back Monday. Today is Wednesday and I called them. I talked to same manager and he advised he thought the correct computer had been ordered but tech wasn't in yet and I needed to call back in an hour. When I asked if they could call me back because I'm very busy he laughed and hung up on me. Totally bad business practices and he needs replaced. I will follow up with GE and make them aware of the terrible business practices of their local repair facility. We have owned this expensive, top of the line appliance for 2 months and are yet to have full use of it. Avoid Ard's if possible, but if you buy GE you are stuck till out of warranty.
