Our experience at Cheng Orthodontics has been outstanding from start to finish. My nine year old daughter just had her braces taken off this month, and her smile is just beautiful! She looks forward to every visit and genuinely feels connected to the staff. The Cheng Bucks kept her motivated to brush and floss well regularly, which made our job as parents easier. My husband and I trust Dr. Cheng and his staff; they are all incredibly knowledgeable and are always able to answer our questions. They treated our daughter with the utmost care, and she was lucky enough to go the entire year without much discomfort at all. The front desk is always friendly and makes scheduling a breeze. We loved that they offered several payment options, and we could choose the option that fit best for us. When you add all that to the other finer details that Cheng offers there is no doubt that they are top notch, from the fun waiting area, the brushing station for those after school visits, to the coffee bar for parents. I was referred to Dr. Cheng by my dentist and I'm so thankful I was. The skill that Dr. Cheng has makes the whole braces experience that much better. I'm 27 years old and having braces at this age is the most annoying thing but Dr Cheng and his staff have made it that much of a better situation. I was originally supposed to have my braces on for 2 years but was able to get them off after 20 months. I never felt like my teeth weren't moving or that there was no progress, obviously everyone is different but my experience here was amazing. I have moved since getting my braces but for the last 11 months I have been driving an hour in a half just to get to my appointments because Dr. Cheng is the best and I wasn't willing to have anyone else fix my teeth but him. His staff is also so friendly and efficient, when you walk in here everything is moving fast but in an organization and smooth fashion. I always wanted braces growing up, but my parents just couldn't afford them. They told me they were sorry but I would just have to wait until I got my first job and could afford them my self. In November 2014 my dream was realized and I got my braces. Two years later, I have a beautiful smile and it's all thanks to Dr. Cheng and his wonderful team. Not only was it the most affordable estimate I received and it was conveniently located; I didn't dread going to for my appointments because I loved being there! I was 18 when I got my braces on , but even though technically they specialize in pediatric orthodontics, I felt comfortable during all my visits. His staff is so nice, and they have TVs everywhere so you can just sit back, watch a Disney movie, and let his team work their own kind of magic. We are very happy with Cheng Orthodontics! Until my daughter got her braces, I had no idea just how much work goes into getting that perfect smile. Between spacers, expanders, braces, and retainers there is a lot of work in the office and at home. What I loved is that the staff is very knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. What I also like is that Dr. Cheng and his staff make a point to get to know their patients. After just a few visits they start to feel like a second family. Lastly, I really appreciate that they are there for you no matter what. You can call at 4pm with an emergency and get in the same day. They also provide after hours contact information. Dr. Cheng is amazing! He fixed my daughter's teeth and bite right in time for her senior year. She had braces before at a different orthodontist office, and we were not happy with the results. When her braces were removed, her teeth were quite flared and over time, her bite became off centered. Friends recommended Dr. Cheng but I was hesitant because of the long drive. I'm kicking myself for not choosing him and his office sooner. The drive was completely worth it and then some! We were so impressed by his attention to detail. He perfected my daughter's smile. Our now 9 year old needed braces two years ago to make room in his mouth for adult teeth. Our pediatric dentist recommended Dr. Cheng and we were not disappointed! Dr. Cheng and his entire team is great to work with as parents and always made our son comfortable and happy to be there. Between the Cheng bucks and video games (pre-COVID), our son always looked forward to going. When COVID restrictions were put into place last year, I was really nervous about what would happen; however, the office reached out to us personally right away and provide check-ins while working to get patient's into the office. We were referred to Dr Cheng for my 6yr old's underbite. I asked around and everyone said Dr Cheng is the best in the area for jaw issues. After assessment, he thought a care plan of 6-12 months would bring the correction needed. She followed orders and responded excellently to treatment. The staff was very helpful and friendly with scheduling and when we had an issue with our lower expander. They were able to get us in the day she snapped off a piece and were able to see if it was still wearable. My daughter is on the young side for braces and the staff was so patient with her and very encouraging to her every step of the way. This place is incredibly professional, friendly and clean. My daughter just recently got her braces off and she was actually sad that she will not be coming back for any more visits. There is no waiting time to be seen by a doctor and you even get an approximate time frame of how long your visit will last so you can plan accordingly,I love that. The treatment is explained clearly and all the questions and concerns are addressed right away. If your kid is nervous about seeing a doctor they will be quickly put at ease by always smiley, positive and very kid oriented staff. I opted to have the Invisalign treatment with Dr. Cheng and am EXTREMELY pleased with the results. My teeth look and feel great. Dr. Cheng is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but super friendly as well. He and his staff make the process not just bearable, but enjoyable, if you can believe that! Dr. Chrng's dedication to 100% satisfaction is evident. After wearing my final retainer for a few weeks, my teeth began to shift slightly. Nothing I noticed, but Dr. Cheng did and had another retainer made to make my teeth even more perfect and prevent any shifting. Many of our friends and family referred us to Dr. Cheng so we knew we had to check it out. Immediately after walking in we knew we made the right choice. This place is awesome! It was a very clean environment and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the decor was focused around kids which we thought was pretty cool. They even have video games and movies to watch while you wait. My son even got to watch movies that were displayed on the ceiling while getting his braces adjusted. Both of my children (Bella & Sophie) have had braces with Dr. Cheng, and we could not have had a better experience! The staff is so kind, and friendly....always welcoming! My oldest has phase one done, and is anxiously awaiting the start of phase 2....she is actually begging to start, and my youngest is in the middle of phase one! Each visit Dr. Cheng makes my girls excited to go by giving cheng bucks for the "store" for wearing their Cheng t-shirt, and brushing their teeth! We just started here and have had about 4 visits now for my daughters braces. Every staff person remembers her name and treats her with care and respect! They ask about her stuffed animals and their names and completely put her at ease. We've been turned away because of lack of her cooperation at other places. Dr Cheng and his staff are AWESOME!!! They all take the time with both the patient and the parent. When I first called Dr. Cheng's office for information they were very friendly. All of Dr. Cheng's staff works so well together. Both of my kids have had braces and my son is on his second set. Dr. Cheng takes the time to make an individual plan for braces- not a 'cookie cutter' plan. Cheng orthodontics has been a great place, I have taken both my young nephew and my teenage daughter here and it has been a great experience so far, my nephew had his braces on for a few years and he just got them off recently and there is a huge and great deference to his teeth and my teenage daughter just got her braces on, she was a little on the fence about it at first but the staff have definitely made her feel welcomed and comfortable and always explained things very through for my daughter. Our daughter just got her braces off and we are so happy with her smile! Before braces she had a cross bite and lots of crowding on the top and bottom.
