It was great!…read moreThere were so many details that Dr. Duran thought about when setting up her office that makes dentist visits so much easier on parents. Upon arrival, there is an iPad station (with immovable ipads) that kids can play with while you check in and wait for your appointment. When we were brought back (which was pretty quickly), there were TVs on the ceiling to distract and cute sunglasses to use as eye splash guards. My kids were especially excited for the sticker and toy that they received after their appointment! I also loved how our hygienist interacted with my 2-year old. This was his first visit and he did so well, thanks to her! She showed him each of her tools and what they did before starting to clean his teeth. When it was time for the actual cleaning, he was ready and opened right up for her. My other boys did really well with their cleanings, and Dr. Duran was great with them as well. They're looking forward to their next visit in June!

Dr. Jake came in and explained everything clearly. After everything was explained I went up front and the lady at the desk clearly laid out the bill to me. It was much more affordable than another pediatric dentist that we have used previously. Dr. Jake then performed the minor procedure my daughter needed and I was able to stay with her the whole time and hold her hand. There is also a waiting room with a glass door close by in case parents want to be close by, but avoid seeing up close. After working with another pediatric dentist previously I was thrilled with Dr. Jake's willingness to let me stay in the room and his pricing. We are going back in three weeks to clean the other kids teeth as well.

However Dr Zak caught health issues immediately that Malcom didn't & Makcom doesn't listen to the parents much either. that's why I left. told me kids can't fix cavities w/good health or remineralizing toothpaste which is fake news & bs. it's called Hydroxyapetite & boy does it work in studies & IRL. anyways, dr Zak is someone who has a passion & did it right. love him so much & so grateful. he's immediately like family n cracks me up.. especially the kids.

absolutely horrible place DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE especially your little girl the dentist…read moreis an old man strictly hiring young women who can't be more than fresh out of college. he's a pervert it doesn't take a degree to see that but thats not even my main issue. i had scheduled an appointment on may 22 for my son. in between now and then both mine and my husbands vehicles broke down they were supposed to have been fixed by now but parts took longer than expected i called prior to my appointment to reschedule i told them what we had going on and they informed me that i have to pay $500 if i didn't find a ride up there mind you it's already a 3+ hour round trip for me and my family moved up here alone we don't have any relatives close to us to give us a ride. so i had to cancel the appointment and am required to pay a $500 cancellation fee as well as all our mechanic bills like we somehow controlled when our cars broke down and parts come in. they said i had to pay it for not canceling the appointment with 2 weeks notice when i literally scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago. this man is money hungry and i pray for those young women working for him

It's apparently acceptable to him to rip people off, do unnecessary. procedures without informing you that he is going to do them and then when you are walked out to the front desk before you leave you are told that you owe an enormous amount of money. If you question why the random procedures were done without your consent or being told that they were going to be done, the dentist will literally start yelling at you. I'm not joking. It's unbelievable.

It wasn't an insurance underpayment... My wife called and emailed and told them these facts.. Then I called a week later to cancel my upcoming cleaning, and she didn't recall talking to my wife on the phone or getting an email!(the email was received and didn't bounce). So they never canceled it. I found this out when I got an email from the patient connect of a reminder of the appt.. So my wife called and tried to cancel it with one of the other people in the office, with the appt still 2 weeks in the future. I then got a$50 dollar charge through patientconnect for a missed appt. THIS PLACE is a bad JOKE. Surprisingly Dr. Patel is probably the best dentist I've ever had, too bad his office is run like this. Also he's had lousy hygienists until recently.

We waited months for this appointment and my son had a meltdown on the way home. He informed me he was held down (consistent with the broken blood vessels and scratch on his neck) by the dentist's hand being placed on his neck. I was not allowed to go with him despite filling out medical history and discussing my wishes with staff to be called back as soon as he asked. I feel awful I put my son through all of this and would've pulled the plug had they come to get me. I'm so upset. Please avoid this office!

I know this sounds crazy, but I not only don't mind going to the dentist, I actually look forward to it now, but that only happened after starting to see Dr. Stewart. She makes you feel very important, comfortable, and at ease. She is very personable and always asks about your life. She also explains any procedures she needs to do very thoroughly so you feel like you're on the same page throughout your care. This new building is fantastic. They just moved in a few months ago so not everything is 100% finished, but already it is very modern, clean, and inviting. The staff are super friendly, and along with free coffee and snacks while you wait, they do a fantastic job making you feel very welcomed.
