This is the first review in my life after many years of travel across the globe eating out. I asked the staff if they could do a simple satay vegetable meal. The answer was yes no problem was the reply "rice or noodles' that was the question from the waiter. The meal was rather small to start with though I was wiling to see passed that as I had not tasted the meal yet and it could taste great. With so little vegetables in the dish I finished and left half the noodles on the plate. I got up paid for the meal and expressed my concerns. With no understanding or comment from the waiter I left. I then went to the Korean restaurant next door and had a great meal and a fantastic experience. I then went back to talk to the waiter again and then the supervisor. The reply to me was that I order the "wrong meal". I was also told that "you had eaten most of it". With so little veg on the small plate I did eat all the veg, though I left half the noodles on the plate. The very rude approach was not what I wanted to hear from the staff. A simple "I am sorry sir what can I do to fix your concern" would ended my complaint. I was then left at the front of the restaurant with no attention to my concern. I was then given a phone number to ring and told the manager knows about my concern and he will explain it all to me as they spoken to him on there phone about me. I ring twice.and could not get him. A small amount of the restaurant ownership and staff manners would have seen the issue go away. They were very quick to invite in and very slow to hear my concern. Please eat at the Korean restaurant next door if you want a great experience. read more
