Car…read moregot confirmed and then I waited over 10 mins to be allocated a driver so decided to cancel to then be charged the whole fair as cancellation fee (£38) which is ridiculous as I hadn't been assigned a driver or had any indication as to when it would arrive. Decided to get Uber instead and my car came in 5 minutes and only cost me £25. The reason I'm writing this review is that I've emailed Karhoo 3 times demanding my money back as this horrendous and have yet to receive a reply.

Great minicab service! I use these regularly and dont have a bad word to say about them. Never have to wait long for a driver when you phone up, and if you are given a time it will take its normally spot on. Cars are always clean, inside and out. Prices are competitive and pretty much on par with all the other taxi companies in the area
