From what I have seen, the other ladies are not bad - I even got my eyebrows threaded by one of them once and it turned out well enough. But Vaishali is somehow able to thread eyebrows beautifully with only a fraction of the typical pain of threading. As if that wasn't enough, she is also extremely friendly and personable and always greets her clients with professionalism and warmth. When I politely asked for a price breakdown, the shop owner (Kelly) simply said 'that's the price' and that I could pay it or she could do someone else's nails instead. I had messaged Kelly ahead of time to confirm pricing, but got no response. By the time I sat down, an assistant had already filed my nails, so I felt stuck with no real choice. On top of that, during the service, Kelly and a colleague spoke about me in their native language for much of the time, which made me very uncomfortable. While the quality of the nails themselves is great, the lack of transparency with pricing, dismissive attitude when questions are asked, and overall poor communication make the experience not worth it.
