I had a gel ex set by Tracy that she sold me on told me it would last three weeks to a month. They lasted almost a week and a half. Their prices are not only pretty high, but the quality of their work does not last I was gonna get a full set of designs that I wanted and it was $50 more than my original place that I used to go to all the time But I just moved and wanted to try out a new place... never again. I'm glad I didn't pay the $120 for my full design that I originally wanted because my nails are already pealing after 4 days. I pay the extra money for gel so it can last and not chip. The place was VERY busy, but they were kind enough to get us all seated next to each other so that we could enjoy our afternoon together. My tech was Ann and she was great! Did not rush through and it was one of the more enjoyable pedi's I've gotten in a while. A lot of times they're either too rough or feel useless, but she nailed it! I got gel polish and I feel that it was very reasonably priced for the service. All of the staff was really friendly too! Overall, the salon was really nice and seemed to be clean and kept up. I've been a loyal client at this salon for a while, coming every two weeks and spending well over $190 just for a set, not even including the pedicure. I kept coming back out of loyalty and routine, but my most recent experience with Vivie made it clear that loyalty doesn't mean respect in return. Vivie has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Over time, I noticed she became more comfortable showing her true colors, especially as I began understanding the language she speaks with coworkers. To my shock, she regularly speaks negatively about clients, including racially charged comments, thinking no one understands her. Hygiene is another issue. She often coughs and sneezes over clients' hands without covering her mouth and doesn't clean her tools properly, especially her drills. This last visit was the final straw. I simply asked for my shape to be fixed, and she said she couldn't do it, brushing me off with, "You're not the only person who spends money." While cutting my finger with the drill. When I said she could just let me know if she couldn't do it and I'd leave, she escalated the situation speaking negatively about me in her language again, not realizing I understood every word. If you like overpaying for disrespect, poor sanitation, and excuses, then this is your place. But as someone who was once a loyal customer, I can confidently say: I will NOT be going back. read more

Dear Lisa, I would have waited if this would have kept you from RUSHING through my manicure and pedicure. While removing my cuticles she left me with too deep cuts on my index finger. Causing 2 deep cuts that began to bleed. Matthew who did my pedicure also went too deep on my cuticles causing them to bleed. He then proceeded to put disinfectant on it without telling me. It begin to burn/sting very badly, so I ask what is that and thats when he thought it was appropriate to tell me it's disinfectant. A warning wouldve been appropriate before doing that. Never going back, a nail salon is supposed to be a place where you can relax not leave in pain. I got a fill, coffin cut, and gel color for $40 and I tipped $10 so it was $50 all together. Tony was very sweet. He has 25+ years of experience and was very talkative and nice. I came in for a pedicure and the manicurist seems to have a little trouble cleaning my cuticles as thoroughly as it's usually done. I was a little disappointed and upon cashing out, Mandy (I think the owner) asked me how everything was and I said it was ok, she asked me more about if anything happened. I was a little reluctant to say anything because I didn't want to offend anyone but she insisted. When I told her, she insisted she give my cuticles a try and she was able to get them instantly. She even called over the other tech to explain what I was talking about. Mandy is amazing and the business is extremely clean. Everyone is wearing masks and seated apart. They have plexi dividers between nail tech and customer which is awesome. Masks required. I'm sure all manicurists are great but if you have a problem, see Mandy before you leave. You can tell she wants to make sure you leave happy with the service you paid for. Thanks again Mandy! I was not asked to write a review. A nice woman who I assume is the owner came over to make sure we were happy. And we were. Had the ugliest French polish of my life and it never dried. when I went back to have it redone I got huge attitude telling me it takes like 8 hours to dry and that they wouldn't do it again.
