The owner is a money hungry ass woman. Claims she wants to help parents but charges extra money for EVERY damn thing under the sun. And she overcharges at that. $30 for a cheap ass uniform that I KNOW costed her no more than $3 to make (bc I work for a clothing distributor and my family owns a fabric outlet). I heard she also is funded by the state but still charges parents to feed the kids, which I heard from some state workers that there can be violations with that. Regardless, this place is not budget friendly. And it definitely isn't worth what they charge. If only yall can see the disrespect ass meals and portions of food they give these kids to eat... Finding a new daycare for my baby. Posting anon bc Mrs.Fran bullies parents who speak out. If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD. The daycare had a "summer jam" supposedly for the daycare kids. Even though ur child attends this facility u pay weekly on u had to pay for a shirt to even go while it was on a Thursday at 2pm so if ur a parent who is working u lose in this situation u either call out of work for the day (they had to be picked up bef 2pm if they weren't attending the event) OR pay for ur kid to attend a event when u already paying close to 200 a week for the daycare alone. THEN u have to pay for the food&drinks & u had to provide cash so if u had no idea u needed cash well ur out of luck&stuck in 90degree weather with nothing to drink not even a water bottle or at the very least a cup of water. The playground itself has zero shade which is highly concerning for day to day outside play. She did set up a small seating area for today. HOWEVER being a (&I quote her on this) "generous" person she did send out a mass mssg on our app telling us to go leave a good review so that we could get a free food/drink ticket. So the reviews left on June 19th were to get a free food/drink ticket for the event. I wouldn't trust a good thing said on these reviews I've seen the staff have also left reviews on her behalf. It's untrustworthy to bribe parents& staff to leave reviews so that they can even get a water at this event. They only provided a splash pad that didn't even hold water it was a small puddle of water on a plastic mat&a small sprinkler for the babies&toddlers who couldn't get on a gigantic water slide bc the older kids were practically running them over&shooting everyone around them with water guns I'm not talking ab the age groups of 4-6 yr olds they had teenagers there running over the smaller kids and adults. If ur throwing a event for the kids at the daycare #1 u could at least put effort into the younger ages as well&given them a kiddie pool to play in.& #2 if it's for the daycare the older kids shouldn't have been there making it impossible for the smaller toddler ages to play set times for turns outside if anything during the events. U throw this event outside&when u walk into the daycare to grab the kid's things & cool off it was more miserable inside the daycare. Why are u holding school for the kids when ur AC is broken!!!??? It was nearly 90 in a classroom at almost 5PM I can only imagine at peak hrs how miserable it has to be for not only ur staff but the babies!!! It makes absolutely zero sense as to why u would open a daycare daily knowing that the kids are going outside 2 times every day in almost 100 degree weather& then sticking them in a classroom that has to be 80-100. U are asking for a child to have a heat stroke. I can only pray that the money u made ur either fixing the AC or providing fans in class bc this is disgusting &def worth a call to state. U preach ab how the kids are ur #1 priority but by the looks of today it was all ab the money. Outside I noticed most if not all of the toys at this daycare for outside play are broken. So u telling me that I been sending my kid to a daycare that not only has zero working toys, no working AC & a owner& staff members that couldn't care less ab these babies in these conditions. I am highly disappointed in how this event was made, how this daycare operates, how little the staff&owner care ab the wellbeing&safety of the kids. I am not "bullying" u Mrs.Fran I am stating what I saw just from today& telling u take responsibility for not providing a safe place for the children. From today's actions u only showed interest in the $$ & getting pics&videos that made it look like a good time. Do better before ur facility is shut down. At the very least u should shut the facility down for a day or 2& fix the AC , replace the toys so that the kids have more to play with outside,& make sure that when u throw events that their is accessible water to those who have already given u half a paycheck to be able to throw this event in the first place read more

I took my son to this daycare because of the great reviews and when I went in for the tour of the establishment it was clean. The director mentioned she provided access to cameras to watch your child & also told me about an app the teachers use to communicate with parent providing updates through out the day aswell. Anyway my infant child started August 1st the very first day I noticed they didn't provide any updates on the app as promised. When I went to pick him up on his first day I noticed the teacher kissed him on his cheek. I am not a confrontational person however I did mention these observations to the director. I told her no one has updated me on my son throughout the day as EXPECTED. (with feeding & diaper changes) I told her I prefer no kissing & asked for frequent diaper changes because his butt was red that first day after I picked him up . I also offered diaper creams I use on my son to prevent him from getting rashes and she told me she only uses Cerave. Be mindful I am very respectful & kept it very professional. After stating my opinions they fulfilled most of my requests even though it was promised at tour. (His third day) After I picked him up, I changed him in the car and he was crying like he was in pain I then, noticed a he had a open wound on his private part. Was extremely irritated because no one told me that anything happened. I went back inside and spoke to the director about my observations and also showed her pictures. In summary we came to a compromise that she would stop using cerave & either use nothing at all or use aquaphor. I then asked again can I please provide my own creams again she said no. The fourth day on august 4th he was supposed to go but i decided to deal with the "rash" at home with my own products but still decided to attend the daycares open house ceremony. I said hi to everyone they also provided food. I asked the director can I put my son down in the infant room so I can eat ? She said yes. When I did that the teacher that kept him "Ms.d " mentioned the incident & we spoke I was once again very respectful and we came to an understanding of the situation. Anyway I left with my son & took him to a doctor and they told me the cause of the wound which was caused by someone pulling his skin back too hard causing tension with circumcision(keep in mind it was done at birth 8 months ago). The doctor advised me to let them in just be little bit more gentle. Just that I did I told them exactly what happened at the doctor. They apologized and said the did not know of his circumcision. Later they decided to cancel my contract and give me a partial refund due to "unsolvable differences" & because I had a conversation with the teacher that is watching MY CHILD without her permission. This establishments does not like people holding them accountable they prefer yes men. As a parent all I asked about was things I was promised before I paid ANY money. Overall they wouldn't take my creams I brought for my child. However they were ok using creams on him without my consent. Very unethical & that is the real reason they cancelled me without any notice or time to find another daycare. (The review that got my daughter wrongfully put out of daycare is the one before this one , posted by a anonymous user)This review will be long but worth reading, I wanna start with the way I was handled at this daycare had me lost for words. Felt like I was dealing with someone off the street . On 6/20/24 this daycare hosted a Summer Jam (any reviews on the 20th is fake people did that for a free meal ticket) and I attended to support for my daughter. We only stayed at the daycare event 30 mins my daughter was very uninterested in the event . It was over 50 kids at the event and one waterslide . Nothing to accommodate smaller babies . No food and the smallest bucket of water balloons . The bucket of balloons lasted 5 mins. I took my daughter swimming instead . I really could care less about the event all I saw was kids enjoying themselves , now that I was treated poorly I decided to speak out . On 6/21 I woke up to a phone call being accused of writing a anonymous review on the daycare, summer jam event (the review is on yelp.com) I was yelled at , told me my daughter cannot return to the daycare if I don't delete the review because I am tarnishing her business . I NEVER WROTE A REVIEW! So my daughter was wrongfully put out of this daycare . I have no idea why I was targeted out about writing this review I don't deal with this daycare at all . My daughter dad does! All of the bad reviews are on yelp.com The Director, Mrs. FRAN also was yelling at me on the phone, telling me how she does not care if I get the state involved, if I get caps involved, or anything of that sort because that daycare is her blood, sweat and tears of 13 years. I talk to no one else at the daycare.
