About two years ago we needed one section of concrete pad to complete our patio. Marc was able to explain best way to work with existing patio structures footings and match existing pad while providing proper drainage. I wish I had the option to give this place no stars but I guess I'll have to settle for 1 star. I manage an apartment complex and we needed some concrete repairs on some of our balconies so we decided to call this place and try to get an estimate. A guy comes out and gives it to us and we were like great we will give you a call. Before we even get a chance to call this place back some jerk calls us and says they cannot do the work because none of his guys want to do it because it's upstairs and too much work bye! Totally trying to rush me off the phone and I say excuse me and he says byyyye. I said byyye. And hangs up. I have never spoken to a vendor like that. Beyond upset with this service. This company wasted my time even coming out to give a bid. I don't know why they just didn't tell us on the spot they weren't able to do the job. Pathetic place! read more

It's so nice to be able to write a positive review for someone. I highly recommend this company for concrete work. I have been in need of several different jobs at my home, and when I emailed Marc I inquired about a job for plastering. Marc was kind enough to reply and tell me about my error. When I heard Marc didn't do one of the projects, I asked him if he could refer me to someone. A few days after telling him I wasn't going to hire him he replied with the name of a contractor he knew. In the meantime, I had changed my mind about what I wanted. Because Marc went out of his way for me with no benefit to him, I already felt safe and hired him to lay a rather large patio. I am so happy for this twist of fate. I have been having lots of trouble getting tradesmen to merely show up. Not only did Marc and his crew show up on time, they started the job the next business day. When they left, I had a nice new patio and my place was cleaner than when they arrived up. Very responsive and great quality work. This guy seems to know his business and, most important, listens to the customer and puts the customer first. The company business card says available 24 hours a day and within an hour of my first call for an estimate the company owner, Marc, was on-site and gave me an estimate on the spot. His price was about 10 to 15 percent below the nearest competitor. Marc was ready to go and started the job as soon as I was ready (I had some planned travel and he had to work around that). The job was to significantly widen the driveway in front of my house and put in a driveway and RV pad in my back yard, which required a city permit because the job required a curb cut to put the driveway in. Marc went down and greased the skids at the city permit department, checking on allowable width, dimensions of driveway approach, etc., before I went down and paid the fees. Did a super job, forming and pouring in two days, which included Marc coordinating approval from the city inspector of the curb cut and forms before pouring the back driveway. Great job and the back driveway was a bit tricky because of the slope of the driveway and the ground clearance on the RV. Marc came through on every level. A great job in every way. I have never posted a review on Yelp before and signed up just so I could leave this contractor a good review. I am a member of Angie's List and contacted some of those contractors but nothing else measured up in price or responsiveness, and some contractors simply failed to respond or showed up and never got back with an estimate. read more
