I told her I didn't want anything anymore, and she started saying more nonsense. I tried to ignore her, but she's a woman, and I asked her to listen to me. She firmly said, "I don't want to." I tried to talk to the manager, but he refused. I'm not the first person this woman has treated badly, so personally, I think she's dissatisfied, bitter, blind, and very rude. My work recently partnered with Orlando's to cater our lunches, and I was shocked to see how responsive they were. We placed our orders over the phone and quickly received confirmation and instructions for payment. The owner was super friendly and had everything prepared quickly. The orders were packaged nicely with name labels for each. They were very pleasant to work with. The sandwiches themselves are very good. The bread was super soft and fluffy. They were amply filled with the meat and cheese. The lettuce was very fresh and crunchy. The southwest pesto was great too! It was similar to a garlicky aioli and I really enjoyed it. They also offer a variety of sides and salads. Of course, they have all the typical convenience store fixings. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This place is horrible for their customer service. Called them 3 times to cancel an online order…read moreinstead of them taking the time on the phone with me to cancel my order one placed me on hold twice. When it rang again I spoke to another person while helping me she's speaking to another person in store. And she stated she will cancel the order and hung up thinking she is cancelling the order. Come to find out she doesn't cancel this order and says your order was picked up. Like what ? Call back and another lady answers and says ok I'll tell them to cancel. Saying she couldn't do it she'll tell her manager. I mean why can't you do it while I'm on the phone again hangs up. What is happening with customer service these days? Is it not being taught. Are people just not courteous or nice anymore.
