They have you wait in your vehicle until they are ready for you to enter. They are practicing social distancing by only allowing a couple of customers in each area and ask that you do not bring anyone with you. Very clean salon!

However, I made my first appointment and when i showed up my hair stylist could have been my great grandmother. Not what I was expecting at all since I figured the whole experience would be like a top end salon. There aren't many options in Abingdon so I went back and asked for one of the owners to do my hair and he was much friendlier and fun to talk to during my cut but I was not very happy with the haircut itself. About a week before, I was asked to reschedule due to other obligations, but I was unable to change plans because of travel. The trial did move forward, and afterward I provided feedback that I wanted small adjustments (more sparkly highlighter and warmer brown tones). A few days later, I was told they were unsure if they were the right fit. I reassured them I was happy overall and only wanted minor changes. I was then asked to recreate my makeup myself to show my preferences, which I did. Despite this, they ultimately canceled on me less than a month before my wedding date. This left me scrambling to find a replacement vendor during an already time-sensitive period. While I understand that not every client/vendor match works out, canceling this close to the wedding after a completed trial and ongoing communication created significant stress. I recommend confirming reliability and having a backup plan if you choose to book. UPDATE: Additionally photos I took of myself and shared privately as reference images were later posted publicly by the business without my permission, and I have requested their removal.
