After all was said and done, she said, "Well at least I left the top length." Seriously. I was nice and thanked her but wanted to cry over the butcher/pixie/fade I got that I didn't want. I mean really, how about if my surgeon says, "I know I cut the wrong arm off but at least I left the other 3 limbs intact!"! Never will I go back, I'll go to Great Clips instead.
