They lost our order once, when we finally placed our order, they over charged our card and told us they couldn't reverse the charge until the next week when a manager was in. They said they Would call us with a quote for another job, but never heard back even after follow up calls. Northern Tree Experts did a terrific job of taking down several pines and a maple that were causing…read morerot and holes to my studio roof, which and resulted in mold damage to the walls. Kyle and his crew were efficient, personable and fast. A week later I asked them to take down a massive dying ash right next to my house that had put a hole in the siding with one of its dead, falling branches. I watched as they carefully took down huge limbs one at a time, so as not to damage the house. Once again they were super careful, friendly, and efficient. And they cleaned up all of the branches and debris when finished. Their pricing is very reasonable, too. Can't say enough great things about this company. They really saved me a ton of grief!
